Temporary Return Policy During The Novel Coronavirus Pandemic
As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily not allow returns or exchanges on most items, some of which may include the following brands we sell: Gucci, Rolex, Rioni, Chanel, Dior, Tiffany, Jimmy Crystal, Luxottica, Cartier, Prada, Fendi, or Axon (Taser).
During this period, due to concerns over our company or our suppliers accepting, processing, and restocking potentially contaminated merchandise, most or all sales are final unless they have not yet shipped or left our facilities or those of our suppliers or other provider partners if a return, exchange, or refund request is made.
As a way of respecting the health and safety of all customers, employees, and our provider partners, we have adopted this temporary policy. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this crisis!

Return Policy
Super Shopper Outlet Stores (retailer) is dedicated to delighting you with your product purchases and our services.
Most merchandise may be returned within 15-30 days of receipt for a refund, minus the actual shipping & handling costs, even if you originally received a discounted promotional rate, unless you have received a damaged item. All items returned for a refund or exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping. For specific items that must be returned within 15 days or less of receipt, please review the Return Guidelines by Department at the bottom of this statement.
General statement for all merchandise: All merchandise must be returned unused and be free of scratches, scuffs, or wear of any kind. Merchandise must be returned unworn with all original tickets, labels, and authenticity tags attached and include any original accessories and packaging or otherwise will be rejected and be ineligible for return, refund, or exchange. Refunds or exchanges are conditional and based upon verification of acceptable condition of the product(s) by either Super Shopper Outlet Stores or the manufacturer if directed to return merchandise to manufacturer. Any rejected returns received would remain available for restoral back to customer at customer's expense for shipping. Certain products may not be available for return or exchange and it is recommended to inquire before the purchase of any high-end products. Any discontinued styles, close-out specials, or products shipped abroad are not available for return or exchange. Qualified returns must be returned with the original invoice and/or purchase order.
Any conditional returns where only a store credit is arranged instead of a refund, customer may only utilize the stated credit through the purchase of available products sold by Super Shopper Outlet Stores. Credit purchases are available through toll-free telephone orders where a customer service agent may transact the desired credit/purchase order for available products. Store credit or remaining credit balances may be utilized in future store purchases and are not available for refund. Any credit, credit balances, adjustments, unused monies, discounts not applied or received, unclaimed products or promotions, any monies due, overpayments by customer, or uncorrected transaction errors will be forfeit by customer after six months from the date of the original transaction unless prior authorized and agreed to in writing with a specific end date by the retailer.
Please call us at 1-800-825-1456 to obtain a Return Authorization. All returns require a Return Authorization issued from Super Shopper Outlet Stores to be a valid return. Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork.
Refused orders will be charged shipping cost (both ways), plus a $25 service fee.
Return Instructions
Super Shopper Outlet Stores provides you with an easy method of returning an item by mail.
Here are the basic steps:
1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center within 48-hours of receipt at 1-800-825-1456 for assistance.
2. Please read the information on your original packing slip.
3. Pack the item securely using the original packaging. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item.
4. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
6. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.
8. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. A refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
About Mail Returns:
· We recommend insuring your return package - we cannot refund an item we don't receive.
· A returned item cannot be incongruent with the brand, specifications, item description or
condition of your original purchase.
· We credit you or replace your item after we receive the original.
Return Guidelines by Department
If your product is not specifically named or its department for a specific return-by date, then your merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If in doubt, please telephone customer service.
APPAREL, SHOES & ACCESSORIES
- Merchandise must be returned unworn with all tickets, labels, and authenticity tags attached and be free of scratches, scuffs, or wear of any kind. The return must include any original accessories and packaging. Refunds or exchanges are conditional, based upon verification of acceptable condition of the product(s) by either Super Shopper Outlet Stores or the manufacturer if directed to return merchandise to manufacturer. Certain high-end apparel, shoes, and accessories may not be available for return or exchange. Any discontinued styles, close-out specials, or products shipped abroad are not available for return or exchange. Qualified returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be accompanied by the original invoice.
BOOKS, MOVIES & VIDEO GAMES
- CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes and video games: Must be returned unopened and within 15 days of receipt.
- Books: Must be returned unused and unmarked and within 15 days of receipt.
- Video Games Hardware: Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
ELECTRONICS
- Computers & Computer Hardware: Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Computer software: Must be returned unopened and within 15 days of receipt.
- Camcorders and digital cameras: Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- GPS units, digital music players, e-tablets, e-readers and portable video players: Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
GIFTS & PLANTS
- Electronic and plastic Gift Cards: Not returnable or refundable for cash, except in states where required by law.
- Perishables (Plants and Food): If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please telephone or email customer service at: sales@supershopperoutletstores.com with the following information and an associate will be happy to help you:
- Order number for the item
- Date of arrival
- Condition of item at time of arrival

HANDBAGS, TOTES, WALLETS, LUGGAGE & ACCESSORIES
- All merchandise must be returned unused and be free of scratches, scuffs, or wear of any kind. Handbags and luggage must also be free of scratches or scuffs to the footings, wheels, corner pads, handles, or any portion of the underside. Merchandise must be returned with all original tickets, labels, and authenticity tags attached and include any original accessories and packaging or otherwise will be rejected and be ineligible for return, refund, or exchange. Luggage or any large items that came with a branded box or branded packaging must be returned with original box or packaging or otherwise will be rejected and be ineligible for return. Refunds or exchanges are conditional and based upon verification of acceptable condition of the product(s) by either Super Shopper Outlet Stores or the manufacturer if directed to return merchandise to manufacturer. Any discontinued styles, close-out specials, or products shipped abroad are not available for return or exchange. Qualified returns must be returned with the original invoice and/or purchase order within 15 days of receipt.
HEALTH & BEAUTY
- If the item is designated as ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials-Domestic), it must be returned in its original package, or with secure ORM-D packaging obtained from the post office. ORM-D items include perfumes, nail polish and aerosol cans. You will see an Important Note regarding ORM-D when on request Customer Service emails a return instruction statement for the specific product, if your item falls into this category.
HOME & GARDEN
- Oversize Furniture, Mattresses, and Outdoor Play items: May be returned to a store or by freight shipping. Under some circumstances, you may be charged for return shipping. To return an item by freight, please email Super Shopper Outlet Stores at: sales@supershopperoutletstores.com for assistance. They will also be able to inform you of any return shipping costs.
- Air Mattresses and Airbeds: Unopened items may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days. Opened items with receipt may be exchanged for same item or credited towards one of equal or greater value within 15 days. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item or credit given towards one of equal or greater value.
- Gas-powered items: Including but not limited to lawn mowers and pressure washers. Gas-powered items cannot be returned by mail, due to carrier restrictions. These items must be completely emptied of any flammable liquid (gas, oil) and be returned to our Carlsbad, California distribution center. Please email customer service at: sales@supershopperoutletstores.com and an associate will be happy to help you.
HOME IMPROVEMENT
- Air Conditioners & Evaporative Coolers: Must be returned within 30 days and accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.
- Lawn mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, compressors, pressure washers and generators: Must be returned within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt. Must be completely emptied of any flammable liquid (gas, oil) and be returned to our Carlsbad, California distribution center.
- Tools: Generators, Pressure Washers: Must be returned within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt.
JEWELRY
- All jewelry, including fine jewelry, may be returned to the Super Shopper Outlet Stores location you made your purchase at or to our Carlsbad, California distribution center if you purchased online, with a receipt If you choose to exchange the item in-store, you may only exchange for an item that is in stock at that store; the exact same piece may not be available.
- To return fine jewelry (pieces that cost $300 and above) by mail: Please contact customer service at 1-800-825-1456 to obtain a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on returns for jewelry. Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping.charge.
SUNGLASSES & READERS

Merchandise must be returned unused and free of scratches, scuffs, or wear of any kind and be accompanied by any original accessories and packaging. Refunds or exchanges are conditional, based upon verification of acceptable condition of the product(s) by either Super Shopper Outlet Stores or the manufacturer if directed to return merchandise to manufacturer. Certain high-end sunglasses and readers, as well as custom designed or altered items may not be available for return or exchange. Any discontinued styles, close-out specials, or products shipped abroad are not available for return or exchange. Qualified returns must be returned within 15 days of receipt and be accompanied by the original invoice.
VITAMINS, SUPPLEMENTS, MINERALS, HEALTH DRINKS & HERBS
- Our standard return policies do not apply to products in this category. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt to receive a return authorization number. Super Shopper will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the packaging that affects the product at the point of delivery, please acknowledge this to the delivering shipping company so insurance can cover the cost of replacement. The damaged or defective product must be returned unused and be accompanied by all packaging, accessories, and paperwork within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Super Shopper reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return for exchange that does not comply with the exchange return policy or shows evidence of tampering with the product or packaging by the customer. Due to health reasons and the safety of all customers, returns for any other reason are not allowed. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as we cannot accept COD deliveries. Any discontinued products, close-out specials, or products shipped abroad are not available for return or exchange.
WATCHES, CLOCKS, & FINE TIMEPIECES
- Merchandise must be returned unused and free of scratches, scuffs, or wear of any kind and be accompanied by any original accessories and packaging. Refunds or exchanges are conditional, based upon verification of acceptable condition of the product(s) by either Super Shopper Outlet Stores or the manufacturer if directed to return merchandise to manufacturer. Certain high-end watches, clocks, or fine timepieces, as well as custom designed or altered items may not be available for return or exchange. Any discontinued styles or close out specials are not available for return or exchange; therefore, it is important to inquire at time of purchase. Qualified returns must be returned within 15 days of receipt and accompanied by an RA# and approval from Super Shopper Outlet Stores.

- Plants, Food, and certain Health and Beauty items: To return perishable items, please telephone or email Super Shopper Outlet Stores customer service at: sales@supershopperoutletstores.com with the following information:

TASER DEVICES, STUN GUNS, AND ACCESSORIES
- It is the policy of Taser (Axon) Corporation and Super Shopper Outlet Stores that due to the serialized nature of Taser devices and accessories or other “stun” type devices that returns are not allowed for these products. By law, devices or accessories that are used for self-defense purposes can only be sold as new to customers due to the possibility tampering, alteration, or spoilage during transit between portals.
- Should any cancellation request be made with one of our “live” customer service representatives while the product(s) are still in transit to customer, but not yet delivered to its destination, in this scenario, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reroute the shipment back to our facility and grant a return or refund (minus 20% restocking fee) and (minus actual cost of shipping and handling), whether or not the original order was made with discounted or promotional “free” shipping.
- Returns for replacement are allowed in the event that a customer receives a shipped product(s) that is authenticated as damaged in transit and contact is made with one of our customer service personnel at 1-800-825-1456 within 48 hours of receipt and a Return Authorization (“RA”) number is given to customer. If there is extensive damage to the packaging that affects the product prior to delivery, please acknowledge this to the delivering shipping company so insurance can cover the cost of shipping and replacement.
- In the event that the customer receives a product(s) that is authenticated as defective from the factory, then Super Shopper Outlet Stores will also grant a replacement of said item(s) as long as a RA number is given to customer by a member of our team and the product(s) is received at our facility or Taser (Axon) Corporation, if directed to return merchandise to manufacturer, within 15 days of receipt and subject to our live notification.
- Qualified returns must be returned unused and be free of scratches, scuffs, or wear of any kind. Returns for replacement or exchange are conditional and based upon verification of acceptable condition of the product(s) by either Super Shopper Outlet Stores or the manufacturer if directed to return merchandise to manufacturer. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return for replacement or exchange that does not comply with our return policy or shows evidence of tampering with the product or packaging by the customer.
- Merchandise must be returned with all original tickets, labels, serial number tags, and/or authenticity tags attached and include any original accessories and packaging or otherwise will be rejected and be ineligible for return, replacement, or exchange. Any product(s) that came with a branded box or branded packaging must be returned with original box or packaging or otherwise will be rejected and be ineligible for return. Any rejected returns received would remain available for restoral back to customer at customer's expense for shipping for up to six months.
- Any discontinued products, close-out specials, and/or products in general that are shipped outside of the United States are not available for return or exchange.
TOYS, SPORTS & FITNESS
- Oversize table games and treadmills: May be returned to a Super Shopper Outlet Stores location near your or by freight shipping. Under some circumstances, you may be charged for return shipping. To return an item by freight, please Email Customer Service at: sales@supershopperoutletstores.com for assistance. They will also be able to inform you of any return shipping costs.
- Autographed sports memorabilia: Must be returned with the included Certificate of Authenticity.
- Air Mattresses and Airbeds: Unopened items may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days. Opened items with receipt may be exchanged for same item or credited towards one of equal or greater value within 15 days. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item or credit given towards one of equal or greater value.
- Swimming pools: Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

If your purchase included a recycling fee, a Super Shopper Outlet Stores location will not be able to refund this fee. Please contact Customer Service at: 1-800-825-1456 for a recycling fee refund.
HIGH-VALUE AND OVERSIZE ITEMS
High-value and oversized items can be returned to a Super Shopper Outlet Stores location, unless noted in the Return Guidelines by Department chart above. If you prefer to return an item by mail, please follow these instructions:
High-value items (a single item that costs $300 or more or two or more of the same product that total $300 or more) and orders must be shipped via a shipping carrier designated by Super Shopper Outlet Stores along with a Return Authorization issued by Super Shopper Outlet Stores. Please email Super Shopper Outlet Stores at: sales@supershopperoutletstores.com and a customer service associate will help you with the return process.
Oversize items such as large furniture, mattresses, play sets, oversize table games, and treadmills must be shipped by freight. To return an oversize item, please email Super Shopper Outlet Stores at: sales@supershopperoutletstores.com and a customer service associate will help you with the return process.
To ensure that your high-value or oversize item return is processed correctly, please follow these packing instructions:
- Box the item securely.
- Include the packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories.
- Tape the box closed.
- Follow the return instructions given to you by the customer service associate.
When the original item is received by Super Shopper Outlet Stores, we will process your return request. If you are not requesting a replacement item, you will be credited for the applicable price and tax less any adjustments already processed. If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping.
